How it works
- Email us to join. Tell us your company and what you do. We reply with the written terms and your partner code.
- Introduce a business. Send them to acefrontdesk.com with your code, or send us their name and we reach out. They can call the demo line first and hear Ace in about a minute.
- We do the rest. The demo, the setup, the call forwarding and the support are on us. You never have to install or explain anything.
- You get paid. $150 for every business you refer that becomes a customer, paid once they've paid for 2 months. No minimums to hit, no cap on how many you refer.

- Live transfer of urgent calls, only when they accept. Otherwise a message with name, number and reason, emailed within minutes.

- $297/month Standard or $497/month Pro, month-to-month, no per-minute fees. Businesses that sign up by November 15, 2026 can use the code LAUNCH25 for 25% off the first month.

Who can be a partner?
Anyone who works with small businesses: web designers, bookkeepers and accountants, IT and phone-system providers, marketing agencies, business consultants, or an owner who simply knows other owners. There is no cost and no quota.
How does the commission work?
When a business you refer becomes a paying Ace Front Desk customer, you earn a one-time $150 referral fee, paid once that customer has paid for 2 months. We send you the terms in writing when you join.
Do I have to sell or set anything up?
No. You make the introduction; we do the demo, the setup, the call forwarding and the support. You can stay as involved as you like.
Can I resell Ace under my own brand?
If you already manage phones or marketing for clients, email us. We are happy to talk about a reseller arrangement.
Is Ace a real person?
No. Ace is an AI receptionist, and it says so if a caller asks. It speaks naturally, in the business's name, in a tone the owner approves.
