Hebrew-speaking answering service
Some of your callers prefer Hebrew. Ace answers in whichever language the caller uses, English or Hebrew, in your business's name, 24/7, and sends you the summary in English.
That number is our live demo line. An AI named Ace answers it, says it is an AI, and shows you what your callers would hear. Or watch the 1-minute video.
What Ace does for a business with Hebrew-speaking callers
- Answers in Hebrew or English, following the caller's language, and switches if they do.
- Books appointments, takes messages and confirms names and phone numbers in Hebrew.
- Sends you every call summary in English, so your whole team can read it.
- Knows your Shabbos and Yom Tov hours and tells callers when you reopen.
- Transfers calls to you live when it matters.
- Hebrew is an owner switch: you turn it on in your portal; English-only callers notice nothing.
Hebrew answering is live on our demo line today. Call (347) 440-0289 and say שלום to hear it.
How it works
- Tell us about your business. Hours, services, prices, the questions callers ask, and what you want passed to you.
- We build your Ace and you review it. You hear it before it goes live, and you can edit hours, prices and the greeting yourself in your portal.
- Forward your calls. Your number stays the same. We set the forwarding up with you in a short call. Everything is done remotely; there is nothing to install.

Questions
Is Ace a real person?
No. Ace is an AI receptionist, and it says so if a caller asks. It speaks naturally, in your business's name, in a tone you approve.
How good is the Hebrew?
Ace understands and speaks natural modern Hebrew and can hold a normal front-desk conversation: hours, booking, messages, directions. Call our demo line at (347) 440-0289 and speak Hebrew to hear it for yourself before you sign up.
Does it speak Yiddish?
Not yet. Today Ace answers in English and Hebrew. We will only add Yiddish once it sounds right.
Who is this for?
Clinics, salons, shops, movers, caterers, contractors and offices with Israeli or Hebrew-speaking customers, and any business whose callers switch between the two languages.
What happens with a call Ace can't handle?
Ace takes a message with the caller's name, number and reason, and you get it by email right away. You can also have Ace transfer calls to you live; it announces the caller and only connects if you accept.
