Questions
Is Ace a real person?
No. Ace is an AI receptionist, and it says so if a caller asks. It speaks naturally, in your business's name, in a tone you approve.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays the same. Calls are forwarded to your Ace line, either all the time or only when you don't pick up or after hours.
What happens with a call Ace can't handle?
Ace takes a message with the caller's name, number and reason, and you get it by email right away. You can also have Ace transfer calls to you live; it announces the caller and only connects if you accept.
Can clients pick a specific stylist?
Yes, if you give Ace your stylists, their services and their hours. Ace offers times that match.
Does Ace work with my booking app?
